Congrats Dan! I love the passage Tim referenced in his blog. It well articulates a lot of the same fears we have felt -only contemplating our sabbatical. Thank you for this book!

Thanks for the 'shadow' trick - I found that if I watched her foot and shadow, I could easily make the switch back and forth.

My first look is clockwise. When I saw it go counter-clockwise, I felt the left side of my brain start to get more active. When I flipped back to clockwise, the right side felt more engaged, which is definitely my natural mode of being.

Very interesting. (so's your book, by the way!)

Dan, I found Tim's post this morning and I was very excited to read you enjoyed visiting my country.

It's very rare to find positive comments about my country lately. The current political scenario is not helping either, so imagine my surprise when I find yours.

Paraguayans are well known for our hospitality and openness so if you're ever decide to come back, your family is more than welcome to stay with us.

Thank you and happy new year!

Thanks, Juanma! Openness and hospitality were definitely what we found in Paraguay. A beautiful country and people - I'm sure we'll be back some day!
